Description
- Provide excellent supporter care by responding to enquiries via email, phone, and post.
- Maintain and update supporter records in the database with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with processing donations and ensuring timely acknowledgements are sent.
- Support the delivery of fundraising campaigns through administrative and logistical tasks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance supporter engagement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and analyse data to evaluate fundraising performance.
- Help coordinate and attend events to represent the organisation and engage with supporters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and fundraising regulations.
Profile
A successful Supporter Care Fundraiser should have:
- Previous experience in a similar fundraising or administrative role, ideally in the not-for-profit industry.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships.

Job Offer
