A well-established regional law firm with a strong foothold in Cornwall’s legal landscape is now expanding its Residential Conveyancing team. Due to sustained client demand and a growing caseload, this position is ideal for a property lawyer or conveyancer looking for a long-term move in a high-quality, stable environment.

What You’ll Do:

Manage your own portfolio of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages, equity release and transfer of equity
  • Lease drafting, tenancy agreements and basic landlord-tenant work
  • Liaising with clients, agents and third parties throughout transactions
  • Any commercial property experience is a plus, but not required

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience running your own residential property caseload
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent client communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Already living in, or looking to relocate to, Cornwall – especially Wadebridge or surrounding areas
