The Job
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be assisting the General Manager in daily decision making, helping in recruiting & operations. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be equally passionate about food, as this position requires managers to be extremely personable with patrons and a knowledge of fine food & wines.
An ideal candidate would have a few years experience within a similar role and a similar environment.
The Person
- Previous experience within this role at this level is essential
- Restaurant supervisory experience is essential
- Ability to both self motivate and motivate others
- Ability to manage senior and base level staff
- Ability to train and recruit for new staff when required
- Ability to meet & increase profit margins, exceeding current targets
Hands on Assistant Restaurant Manager with a flair for interacting with regular customers
- Great personality with excellent people skills
