Our client is a fast growth tech company providing IT & Comms technology to small and medium businesses throughout the UK.
This role will suit an enthusiastic customer service focused individual with a contact centre background, preferably within IT/ Telecoms or a Helpdesk background. You will take inbound calls from clients who require technical assistance and immediately triage their calls. You will gather details to ensure the technicians have all the details they need to resolve the issue.
Main duties:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
- Log clear and detailed tickets to ensure the technicians can resolve issues swiftly
- Attempt basic troubleshooting where appropriate
- Set client expectations
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
Experience required:
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience is essential, ideally from a contact centre background
- IT and Comms knowledge preferable but not essential
- Comfortable using CRMs
- The ability to work quickly, calmly and accurately under pressure
This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely fast growth technology company with a nationwide presence. This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and does not offer hybrid or remote working.
