Our client is a fresh and exciting new telecommunications provider who has quickly established itself as one of the fastest growing companies in its industry. With many bold plans in place, our client is seeking to appoint a Head of Sales who will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy to achieve its ambitious goals. The successful candidate will lead and manage a significant sales team and drive growth in new and existing territories. The Head of Sales will be a passionate, solution-oriented leader with a strategic vision, strong leadership and a track-record of leading high performing sales teams in a B2C environment.In addition, the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience of successfully leading and managing high performing desk and field sales teams; providing coaching, development and performance management where needed.
  • Proven experience of working closely with C-Suite, presenting reports and sales figures, proactively proposing correction actions to address any potential sales gaps.
  • Proven successful experience of building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders as well as new and existing customers to build a sustainable and profitable pipeline.
  • Experience of identifying process improvement opportunities and driving best practice across all sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a high level of professionalism.
