You’ll be delivering whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and long-term service.What you’ll be doing:

Developing warm leads provided through the estate agency and client referrals
Guiding customers through the full mortgage and protection journey with expert, tailored advice
Advising across a Whole of Market panel of lenders and insurers
Ensuring a smooth, compliant, and customer-focused process from enquiry to completion
Managing and supporting your dedicated Mortgage Administrator, including performance reviews
Staying up to date with market changes, products, and regulations to maintain a high standard of advice

What we’re looking for:

CeMAP qualified with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Mortgage Adviser role
Confident and approachable, able to engage with clients from all walks of life
Solid understanding of mortgage and protection products
Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and in-house CRM systems
