They are seeking experienced administrative professionals to join their team to support the growth of the business. Your new role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to wider teams and stakeholders
- Provide first-class customer service both via telephone and written means
- Support finance staff with daily reconciliation and processes
- Maintaining accurate client/customer information on company CRM system
- Managing sales order process and ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Draft reports monitoring business operations and improvements
- IT support
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in an administrative or customer service position
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office
- Experience with data reporting and financial documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience liaising with executives and supporting with administrative tasks
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
