Join our clients dynamic team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service within a nice office space in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the office-based link between customers and the organisation, ensuring queries are satisfied and problems are resolved.
  • Complete monthly scheduled service calls to existing customers, fostering strong relationships.
  • Process orders and transactions while meticulously maintaining files and records according to established procedures.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and requests, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist in expanding and retaining business by identifying customer needs and opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support for Customer Service Executives, facilitating smooth operations.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required, contributing to team success.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capable of prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and numeracy skills to engage with customers and handle transactions.
  • Has experience in a Customer Service role, showcasing a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in IT skills, especially Outlook and Excel, to manage daily tasks efficiently.
  • Exhibits great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.

We are offering a competitive hourly rate of 13.21 for a full-time position, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30, and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.

The client offers 22 Days holiday, plus 4 bank holidays that can be taken flexibly and 4 that are set.
