A well-established nursing home in Crieff is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of care.

As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager with leadership, compliance, and clinical oversight. You will also provide nursing expertise, lead by example in delivering person-centred care, and act as the Manager in their absence.
What we're looking for in a Deputy Manager:
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid PIN
- Proven leadership skills within a care home setting
- Up-to-date clinical knowledge and practice
- Strong understanding of person-centred care planning and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, resilience, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care
