A leading care provider is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Support Manager to support care home managers and ensure the delivery of the highest standards of person-centred care.

As an Operations Support Manager, you will provide both operational and clinical support across a portfolio of homes, mentoring home managers, driving continuous improvement, and stepping into leadership roles where required to maintain consistency and stability.
What we're looking for in an Operations Support Manager:
- A proven track record at management level within a care home environment
- A management qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to drive performance and quality standards
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Evidence of up-to-date training and CPD
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A flexible, adaptable, and positive approach
