Working for this UK wide property management business, as Group Financial Accountant, your role sees you preparing statutory / company accounts, running audits and producing corporation tax computations.

Salary – Up to £55,000 Per Annum + £4500 Car Allowance

Location – Peterborough / Hybrid 2 days from home

Role Type – Full time / 9-5:30 / Mon – Fri

The Role

This role is ideal for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant who enjoys producing consolidated statutory accounts, leading audit preparation, and improving financial systems.

You'll play a key part in ensuring accurate balance sheets and smooth external audits. You’ll also assist with developing financial systems and driving improvements across reporting and reconciliation processes.

With responsibility for the accuracy of the balance sheet, including monthly reconciliations and asset reporting, you’ll coordinate and enhance the quarterly WIP valuation to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

You’ll also manage one direct report in the role, so experience in line management would be helpful. You should possess significant tax experience, having knowledge of personal, partner and corporate tax.
