The One Group are recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join a rapidly growing accountancy practice based in Market Deeping, on a full time, permanent basis.This is a rare opportunity to join this ambitious firm, where your input will directly shape the future of the practice and will accelerate your professional development.Responsibilities:

Supporting high level clients within the specialist sectors
Preparing management accounts
Preparing statutory accounts for internal review
Assisting with bookkeeping
Ensuring accuracy of accounts and financial records

You'll be joining a small but mighty team of four (soon to be five), will get huge exposure and development opportunities along the way, and have the chance to make serious waves. Requirements:

AAT Qualified
Experience working within practice
Have a personalised approach to clients and the ability to develop those relationships
