ENB are supporting a client based in Peterborough who are seeking a confident communicator with a flair for storytelling and for turning conversations into opportunities - sound like you?
They are a forward-thinking training provider who are on a real mission to empower business owners through learning and growth potential. As they grow, they’re looking for a Business Development Consultant who is a passionate individual with the ability to converse with business owners and talk about valued added propositions and who knows how to turn a pre-qualified appointment into a lasting client relationship.
Key responsibility include:
- Following up on pre-qualified appointments set by their dedicated lead generation team - no cold calling!
- Engaging with potential clients who are mainly businesses owners across their main vertical
- Uncovering training needs, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding clients through the onboarding process.
- Crafting proposals, presentations, and follow-ups that take the customer on the journey
Experience required
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client engagement — ideally in the training or education sector but open to other B2B service providers
- A confident communicator, both spoken and written
- Results driven and highly organised, with a proactive approach to managing your own pipeline.
