Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated Counterbalance Operative to join our clients thriving warehouse team in Fengate, Peterborough.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Counterbalance Operative, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating forklifts to move, locate, and load products.
- Ensuring that all goods are handled and stored according to company standards.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Conducting regular checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Some heavy lifting 25kg.
- Conversion of Counterbalance license to Flexibendi.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A valid Counterbalance licence.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
