On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious company that offers a comprehensive range of engineering services for industrial and commercial clients. Founded almost 50 years ago, this company have seen consistent, organic growth, and are not looking to further bolster their electrical testing team due to internal promotions.
In this role, you'll be responsible for a small team of engineers in a factory environment, working with industrial machinery alongside electrical installers and testing engineers. You'll begin hands-on to learn company processes before coming off the tools. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll oversee the team's work, ensuring it is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard.

The Role:
- Supervising a small team of electrical engineers in a factory environment
- Ensuring health and safety processes are carried out correctly
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4pm with optional overtime
