£27.15ph - £31.20 Umbrella Hourly Rate
Are you ready to drive innovation in engine design? Join our global Engineering Services team as a Bill of Materials (BoM) Configurator and play a key role in shaping both current products and exciting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. You’ll collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to turn ideas into reality.

What we’re looking for:
- Engineering background preferred, with experience in engineering configuration
- Someone ready to take ownership, work proactively, and support global teams
- Experience leading projects or product development considered if not from an engineering background
- Must thrive under tight deadlines and high workload, without sacrificing accuracy
- Track record of thinking outside the box and leading improvement initiatives
- Bonus if you’ve used Siemens Teamcenter
What you’ll do:
- Become the BoM guru and guide routes to market
- Configure and maintain engine build lists for Production and Aftermarket
- Support new product launches by creating structured, ready-to-go configurations
- Champion continuous improvement across processes and the team
