Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the EYFS/Reception team, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement innovative and effective curriculum plans.
- Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, providing support and intervention where necessary.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with parents, carers, and the wider community to support pupil development.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the school as part of the senior leadership team.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS/Reception.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
