The home is a medium sized elderly care home that providesDementia, Nursing and Residenital care for elderly residents and has a fantastic reputation in the area with excellent links to local hospitals and communities.
We are looking for someone ambitious and full of ideas to take this home on. You could be an exsiting Home Manager looking to change ortake on a bigger home. We are also more than happy to look at Dpeuty Managers / Clincial leads looking to progress!
The home is performing extemely well and has a good history with CQC. Operationally the home is also nearly at full occupancy with veyr minimal agency usage. As the Manager you will also be supported by a Clinical Deputy Manager, Admin and Head office is only around the corner.
