This is a key leadership role within our busy finance department, responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, maintaining healthy cash flow, and building strong relationships across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:-
Lead and inspire a team handling high-volume AR and credit control activities

Oversee customer accounts, monitor balances, credit limits, and payment terms

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve queries quickly and professionally

Maintain and improve AR systems, processes, and reporting

Provide training, support, and development opportunities for your team

Manage credit insurance and contribute to cash flow forecasting

Proven experience in accounts receivable or credit control supervision

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach

Experience in multi-currency transactions and supporting sales-driven environments

Solid Excel knowledge; Business Central experience is a plus
