Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, providing expert tax advice on a variety of complex matters, including mergers and acquisitions, international tax, tax planning, and group reorganisations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term relationships and delivering tailored tax solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and mentor a team of corporate tax professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service while supporting the growth and development of junior staff.
- Drive business development, identifying new opportunities to grow the corporate tax practice and expand the firm's client base.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm, including audit and advisory services, to provide integrated solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation, market trends, and emerging tax issues, ensuring the firm remains competitive and compliant.
Who You Are:
- A highly experienced Corporate Tax professional with a strong background in advising on complex tax matters for a wide range of corporate clients.
- ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualified, with extensive experience in corporate tax advisory and a deep understanding of UK and international tax laws.
- A natural leader with experience managing and developing a high-performing team, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
- An excellent communicator, capable of building relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, commercially astute professional with a track record of identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
