Are you an experienced Corporate Tax professional looking for the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Tax Director to join a prestigious firm in Peterborough. This is a unique opportunity to lead a growing corporate tax team, provide strategic tax advice to a diverse range of clients, and play a key role in the development and expansion of the firm's corporate tax services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, providing expert tax advice on a variety of complex matters, including mergers and acquisitions, international tax, tax planning, and group reorganisations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term relationships and delivering tailored tax solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and mentor a team of corporate tax professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service while supporting the growth and development of junior staff.
  • Drive business development, identifying new opportunities to grow the corporate tax practice and expand the firm's client base.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the firm, including audit and advisory services, to provide integrated solutions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation, market trends, and emerging tax issues, ensuring the firm remains competitive and compliant.

Who You Are:

  • A highly experienced Corporate Tax professional with a strong background in advising on complex tax matters for a wide range of corporate clients.
  • ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualified, with extensive experience in corporate tax advisory and a deep understanding of UK and international tax laws.
  • A natural leader with experience managing and developing a high-performing team, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
  • An excellent communicator, capable of building relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, commercially astute professional with a track record of identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
