Description
- Strategising financial planning and budgeting processes
- Overseeing and managing the preparation of all financial reports
- Monitoring and managing all financial department costs
- Providing insightful information and expectations to the company's leaders
- Ensuring legal compliance on all financial functions
- Managing relationships with service providers and vendors
- Assessing, managing, and minimising financial risks
- Implementing operational best practices within the department
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven success in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
- Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
- Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a software system implementation
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £54,000 - £66,000 GBP per annum
