Description

Strategising financial planning and budgeting processes
Overseeing and managing the preparation of all financial reports
Monitoring and managing all financial department costs
Providing insightful information and expectations to the company's leaders
Ensuring legal compliance on all financial functions
Managing relationships with service providers and vendors
Assessing, managing, and minimising financial risks
Implementing operational best practices within the department

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Proven success in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a software system implementation
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
