Are you an experienced Flexographic Printer looking for your next challenge? Our client, a forward-thinking packaging company based in Peterborough, is searching for a skilled printer to join their close-knit production team. This is your chance to take a lead role in setting up a new high-speed, wide-web Flexo press and make a real impact on the business.

The Role
You’ll be hands-on, detail-driven, and proactive, helping to establish new processes while producing top-quality flexible packaging. Alongside printing, you’ll have the flexibility to support other areas of the business—whether that’s forklift work, stock handling, or assisting with maintenance tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Producing high-quality flexible packaging to exacting standards

• Setting up new processes and infrastructure for the print line

• Colour mixing and matching to meet client specifications

• Hitting and maintaining machine target speeds

• Completing production and quality paperwork

• Collaborating across departments for smooth operations

• Operating forklifts and pump trucks for raw material and pallet movement (training provided if needed)

• Supporting other business areas as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ Flexographic printing experience (essential)

• Counterbalance forklift licence (or willingness to train)

• Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support wider business needs

• Professional, approachable, and literate

Training & Development:

• Full in-house training on company processes

• External training opportunities where required

• Ongoing skill development
