HGV Class 1 driver

HGV Driver Class 1 - Client is Tesco Peterborough, PE1 4YTYou must hold a valid LGV C+E, HGV 1, Class 1 UK licence with no more than 6 points (due to insurance policy), a UK digital tachograph card & a full DQC (CPC card) and need to provide a DVLA licence check code to proceed to assessment interview. You must currently live within a reasonable commute to Peterborough to progress to the assessment stage. A minimum of 6 months UK LGV1 experience is essential.

Assessment Information:

We have assessments available on the following

• Wednesday 28th May 2025 between 06:00-18:30
• Thursday 29th May 2025 between 06:00-18:00
• Friday 30th May 2025 between 06:00-18:00

Shift Information:

• Tuesday to Saturday or Wednesday to Sunday (12:00-18:00 start window)
• Average shift length 8/12-15 hours

Pay rates

• Days - £18.43
• Nights - £23.04
• Weekend - £24.51
• Bank holidays and Overtime days (over 46.25 hours) - £27.65
• Bank holidays nights -£32.25
• Overtime nights (over 46.25 hours) - £33.73

• Ensuring our products reach our clients stores on time and in good condition
• Accurate time keeping following the working time directive independently to guarantee no infringements
