Network Analyst & Support Engineer

We’re seeking a Network Analyst & Support Engineer to join a high-performing network team within a global industry leader. We are looking for an engineer that can support IT infrastructure across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (EAME) - with potential global involvement.
You’ll serve as the first line of defence for network incidents, owning the incident ticket queue, engaging directly with customers, diagnosing issues, and resolving or escalating as needed. You’ll also be the first point of contact for network-related requests.
What will you do?
•             Provide remote L2/3 network support to regional factories, offices, and warehouses
•             Own ticket queues, run IT meetings and report on open cases
•             Collaborate with regional and global teams
•             Participate in a 1-week on-call rotation every 2 months
What skills and experience would you need?
- CCNA certification required (proof of certification needed)
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Cisco network technologies
- Configuration and maintenance of Cisco 3850, 9300 and 9500 switches
- Familiarity with Cisco 9800 controllers (highly desirable)
- Basic experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing IT environments is a plus

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Putty, DNS/DHCP and general network tools
