Knightwood Associates are currently recruiting for an experiened Assistant Site Manager to join a 5? housebuilder delivering high-quality, open market homes across the East Midlands. You'll support the day-to-day running of site operations while managing your own build area - with full backing to grow into a Site Manager role.
Duties:
- Overseeing subcontractors and trades
- Monitoring build quality and ensuring H&S compliance
- Coordinating materials and site logistics
- Driving programmes and hitting deadlines
- Engaging with customers to deliver a first-class experience
- We want someone with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with a UK based volume developer is essential
