Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Near Peterborough (PE6)
Hours: Mon – Fri   8.30 – 5pm
Job Type: Permanent
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our clients team in Peterborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in all operations. Key Responsibilities for production manager:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet company goals and customer demand.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met and maintained.
- Manage and lead the production team, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and workflow.
- Monitor and control production costs to adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Proven experience in production management or a similar role.
- Strong skills in work scheduling and operational planning.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
