Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Engineer, your main duties will include:
- Conducting machine plant diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on JCB equipment to the highest standard.
- Building strong relationships with customers and delivering World Class customer service.
- Documenting customer technical operations and providing valuable feedback to the organisation.
- Promoting our brand and aftermarket products to new and existing customers.
- Reacting swiftly to customer needs and ensuring a "First Time Fix."
- utilising excellent diagnostic skills and technology (including PDA units) to input job information.
- Maintaining and improving the organisation's market profile while adhering to health and safety policies.
