Our client is a well-established accountancy practice within East Anglia, who offer their clients a range of high-quality services including audit, accounts, tax and corporate finance. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, file, and distribute accounts and tax returns; maintain up-to-date records, workflows, and trackers.

Draft and send routine correspondence and standard documents for client onboarding and general communication.

Support company secretarial duties, including assisting with company formations and administrative tasks.

Provide cross-departmental support and help with mailings, ad hoc projects, and team cover during absences or peak periods (including flexibility to work from alternate offices if needed).

Collaborate with other teams and contribute to operational efficiency across the firm.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Demonstrates excellent proofreading, copy typing, and high attention to detail, consistently delivering work to a high standard in line with firm expectations.

Organised and efficient with strong planning, time management, and multitasking skills, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Technically proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook, with good communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and strong client service focus.

Holds a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.

Displays a positive, professional attitude with sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to prioritise workload using initiative and flexibility.
