Job Description

We are actively recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for a variety of agency work with our trusted clients, ranging from general haulage to refrigerated deliveries. This role offers day-to-day variety and is ideal for drivers who value flexibility and consistent work.

Shifts vary and include days, nights, and weekends. Whether you’re looking for full-time hours or part-time agency shifts, we can match work to your availability.

Key Responsibilities

Trunking and store/warehouse deliveries
Driving both fridge and curtain-sided vehicles
Conducting daily vehicle checks
Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
Completing relevant paperwork and logs

Requirements

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
At least 2 years’ experience driving Class 1 vehicles
Aged 25 or over (due to insurance requirements)
Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card
Maximum 6 points on licence (No DD, DR, or IN endorsements)
Good understanding of driver regulations and health & safety
Strong communication skills and a professional approach

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £14.50-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 50 per week
