We are currently seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Lister / Valuer to join a successful independent estate agency covering the Peterborough area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional with at least one year of industry experience who is looking to develop their career and maximise earning potential.

The Role:As a Sales Lister / Valuer, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to generate and convert market appraisal leads into successful sales instructions. This is a client-facing role that combines valuation expertise with a strong focus on business development and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new and repeat business through lead development and proactive outreach

  • Carry out market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions

  • Prospecting through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet drops, and direct marketing

  • Deliver excellent service to clients throughout the listing process

  • Maintain regular communication with new and existing clients

  • Manage your own pipeline and work independently as well as part of the wider team

  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in estate agency (valuations/listings experience preferred)

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

  • Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Self-motivated, well-presented, and professional

  • Positive, enthusiastic, and highly organised
