Our client, Peterborough City Council, is seeking a Social Worker for its Transitions team.
Pay rate available is £34 umbrella.

Details of the role:
- We support young people from 18 - 25 years, however we start getting to know young people from the age of 16 years.
- Complete Care Assessments
- Complete COP DOLS and MCA's.
Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care, ideally with experience of Transitions social work
- Ideal candidate would have legislative experience of children’s and adults services
