Role expectations in the first year:
Successfully complete a structured induction plan, gaining confidence in patient treatment.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, referring patients as needed.
Manage a varied caseload, including Swift, Clearanail, nail surgery, and biomechanical assessments.
Engage in regular performance reviews and training to enhance clinical skills.
Participate in team activities and professional development initiatives.
Requirements:
HCPC-registered podiatrist with a degree in Podiatry.
Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Open to feedback and continuous professional development.
Passionate about podiatry and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
