We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring Regional Operations Lead (Registered) to drive excellence across multiple services within the social care sector. Key Responsibilities

· Lead operations across multiple services while holding CQC registration at up to two sites.

· Drive service quality, regulatory compliance, and innovation in care delivery.

· Coach and develop service managers to deliver outstanding person-centred support.

· Use data-driven insights to monitor KPIs and continuously improve service performance.

· Contribute to strategic initiatives including growth, stakeholder engagement, and digital innovation.

· Build strong relationships with commissioners, partners, and sector networks.

· Represent the organisation at events and forums to promote thought leadership in social care.

About You

? Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care Leadership (or working towards)

? Experience managing regulated services and leading dispersed teams

? Deep knowledge of CQC compliance and adult social care regulation

? Strong financial acumen with experience managing service budgets

? Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills

? Passion for innovation, digital-first care, and continuous improvement

? Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
