Qualified Accountant - Whitby

Are you a qualified accountant looking for a fresh challenge on the stunning North Yorkshire coast? A respected accountancy practice in Whitby is looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant to join their team. You'll work with a wide variety of clients, using QuickBooks and IRIS, and help provide high-quality accounting and advisory services in a professional but down-to-earth environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing your own portfolio of clients Preparing accounts and tax returns
  • Advising small businesses and individuals
  • Contributing to the growth and success of the practice

What You’ll Need:

? ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent)

? At least 3 years' practice experience

? Strong client communication skills

? Proficiency with QuickBooks and IRIS

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What You’ll Get:

Salary from £35,000, depending on experience 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Standard working hours: 9am - 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break
