Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of both a la carte and standard menu items.
  • Ensure the kitchen operations run smoothly during busy weekend shifts.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow the health and safety regulations.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure quality and speedy service.
  • Monitor inventory and order food supplies as needed.
  • Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
