Role responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients, ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are met
- Reviewing tax returns and providing proactive advice on tax planning and structuring
- Advising clients on issues such as R&D claims, capital allowances, share schemes and succession planning
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
- Supporting and mentoring junior tax team members and contributing to technical development
- Assisting with business development initiatives and networking activity
- Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and supporting the wider team with technical knowledge

Candidate requirements
- CTA qualified preferred, or ACA/ACCA with substantial tax experience
- Background in either mixed tax or corporate tax, ideally within a practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in advising on a broad range of tax matters
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships confidently
- Organised, commercially aware and eager to contribute to team and firm development
- A proactive mindset with progression in sight and ambition to grow within the firm
