Eco Personnel are now recruiting for a permanent Quality Inspector to join their client, a leading precision engineering company based near to Pinxton, Derbyshire. The company manufacture and machine parts for the Aerospace and Motorsport sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations

  • Perform detailed analysis of data and documentation to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control measures

  • Document and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of quality assurance documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

Experience:

  • Previous experience in Aerospace/Automotive industry is essential

  • Previous experience in checking and inspecting the products first off, throughout and for final inspection.

  • It is also essential that applicants have previously worked with C of C’s (Certificate of Conformance) of parts and have an understanding of First Article Inspection Reports. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and identify trends or patterns Knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies

Starting salary is dependent on experience between £16.00 - £17.00.

Regular day shift working / early finish Fridays.

Overtime available at enhanced rate.
