Role responsibilities

  • Planning, leading and completing audit assignments for clients across multiple sectors
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts in line with FRS 102 and other relevant standards
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff on-site and in the office
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients during audit engagements
  • Ensuring audit files are completed to a high standard and in line with professional regulations
  • Supporting managers and partners on technical queries and complex client issues
  • Identifying potential improvements to audit processes and contributing to team development

Candidate requirements

  • ACA or ACCA part-qualified or qualified with previous experience in a UK audit and assurance team
