You'll prepare accurate and timely financial information, work closely with managers across the business, and line manage a small team. There will also be opportunities to deputise for senior colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce and present management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Provide financial analysis to support decision-making
- Work with managers to ensure budget control and accuracy
- Line manage finance staff and support their development
- Help develop and improve financial systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or AAT qualified
- Proven management accounts experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Confident communicator able to work across all levels
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
