DK Recruitment are seeking a Management Accountant to provide high-quality financial management and reporting to support departmental managers and budget holders. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in both day-to-day finance operations and helping to shape systems and processes for better efficiency and control.You'll prepare accurate and timely financial information, work closely with managers across the business, and line manage a small team. There will also be opportunities to deputise for senior colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and present management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
  • Provide financial analysis to support decision-making
  • Work with managers to ensure budget control and accuracy
  • Line manage finance staff and support their development
  • Help develop and improve financial systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
About You
  • Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or AAT qualified
  • Proven management accounts experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Confident communicator able to work across all levels
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
