Role Responsibilities- Lead and manage a portfolio of private clients, overseeing end-to-end compliance and advisory services
- Deliver expert guidance on complex tax issues, including sensitive or high-value matters
- Identify wider tax planning opportunities and risks within client portfolios
- Collaborate closely with Tax Partners to support strategic advisory initiatives
- Supervise, develop, and appraise the tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Actively contribute to client relationship management, including attending meetings and building long-term partnerships
- Monitor WIP, productivity, and billing across your portfolio
- Provide technical mentorship and feedback across the team

Candidate Requirements- CTA / ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent) qualified
- Proven experience in a similar Private Client or Mixed Tax leadership role within practice
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to research and advise on complex tax legislation
- Commercial acumen with a flair for identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Skilled communicator with the ability to inspire teams and build client trust
- Exposure to a wide range of client sectors and industries is a distinct advantage
- £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
