Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive Regional Account Manager to join our dedicated team, focusing on both maintaining our esteemed client base and exploring new sales avenues.

Interest: As a Regional Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with the UK Sales Director to develop strategic and tactical plans that align with our commercial objectives. Your role is pivotal in expanding our brand presence and ensuring our products are a mainstay in stores across your region.

You will not only maintain relationships with existing clients but also creatively explore and establish new sales channels. With at least 80% of your week in the field, your impact will be visible across various touchpoints, from in-store product training to strategic sales analysis and reporting.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional commercial plans in alignment with the overall UK business strategy.
  • Expand and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring prominent product placement and brand visibility.
  • Identify and develop new sales channels in collaboration with the team.
  • Deliver product knowledge training to retail staff and coordinate training events at our Plymouth facility.
  • Analyze sales data to enhance retailer performance and address areas of improvement.
  • Provide timely monthly sales reports and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

KPIs:

  • Achieve sales and margin targets as per the budget plan.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of new customer engagements.
  • Fulfill training and customer event objectives for the region.

Workplace & Travel:

  • Predominantly field-based with extensive travel across the UK.
  • Regular visits to our flagship store in London, Chelsea office, and Plymouth site.
  • Occasional overseas travel and trade show attendance as required.
