The Role

  • Oversee and improve HSE compliance across Project Armada, championing a strong safety culture on site.
  • Support compliance activities including audits, incident investigations, and training.
  • Site-based in Plymouth with ongoing training & development opportunities.

The Candidate

  • Experienced in HSE/QHSE within facilities management, construction, or similar sectors.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum), with strong knowledge of environmental management and risk reduction.
  • Full UK driving licence and British citizenship required due to security clearance.
