Head/Sous chef Needed for a Fresh Local Produce Kitchen - near Plymouth
Our amazing client, a unique kitchen creating fresh relaxed British cuisine with the finest local produce, are in search of a Head Chef who can operationally lead the brigade. This is a busy property with two locations to cater for. You will lead a team of 5 chef while reporting to an executive chef . This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
