Banksman/Traffic Marshall - Plymouth, Devon

Construction - New build

A great opportunity to start a temporary site role in Plymouth. You will be working for a busy housing national housing contractor. The project is estimated to last around 2 more months at this time but may be extended.

There will most likely be an opportunity for overtime and weekend work at certain stages.

 

Day to day:

  • Banking forklift and heavy plant.
  • Using radio.
  • Traffic management.
  • Controlling pedestrian traffic flow.
  • Site safety, helping to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Taking instructions from management.
  • Reporting and or rectifying hazards.

Requirements:

  • Must have a CSCS or NPORS or CPCS card.
  • Must have some form of traffic marshall or banksman training.
  • Professional at all times.
  • Good work ethic.
  • PPE
  • Previous experience is not essential but will be beneficial.
  • Driving licence is not essential but will be beneficial due to job location.
  • Good timekeeping.
