- Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Executive, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and bookings, and document preparation
- Manage general administrative tasks including reporting, financial tracking, data handling, and expense management
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient business operations
- Oversee the management of a portfolio of UK rental properties, including tenant communication and contractor coordination
- Manage direct bookings, finances, and staff communication for a luxury property in the West Indies
- Travel internationally (up to twice a year) to Barbados to oversee property operations
- A confident and ambitious self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using technology
- Able to work independently and prioritise effectively
- Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing demands
- A good sense of humour and a collaborative mindset
- Previous experience in a senior administrative or EA role is essential
- A full, clean driving licence is required
- Previous EA/PA experience is highly advantageous
