Senior / Assistant Manager - OMB Tax (Property)Location: PlymouthType: Full Time If you're looking for a role where you can shape innovative tax solutions for a variety of property and owner-managed business clients, this is an opportunity to step into a dynamic advisory environment. You'll work across areas such as capital allowances, property incorporations, and corporate reconstructions, developing both breadth and depth in your tax expertise. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored advice on areas including SDLT, capital allowances, property-based incorporations, UK property tax planning, and transaction structuring
  • Support with corporate reconstructions and transactions, preparing advisory reports and capital allowance analyses
  • Collaborate closely with senior managers and directors to deliver high-quality tax advisory work
  • Liaise with clients and prospective clients through calls, online meetings, and face-to-face discussions
  • Research and prepare scopes and fee proposals for new projects
  • Stay informed on changes in tax legislation and HMRC requirements

About You

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or nearly qualified) or equivalent experience
  • Strong grounding in tax advisory or compliance in the areas above
  • Knowledge of both corporate and personal tax
  • Excellent research, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently
