With a strong focus on innovation and client satisfaction, we have built a culture that puts our clients at the heart of everything we do.We are currently looking for a Financial Planning Support to join our dynamic team in either our Exeter or Plymouth offices.

Your role:As an experienced Financial Planning Support you will play a pivotal role in our success by collaborating with our Financial Planners to manage client relationships, work as a team, administer client files and liaise with product providers. Your expertise and diligence will drive the delivery of exceptional client service.What you’ll do:• Build meaningful relationships with our clients.• Create and maintain client records on our back-office system: Intelliflo Office.• Interact with product providers and internal teams to implement Financial Planning advice.• Work in partnership with our Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client service.• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.• Follow processes and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives.This job description summarises the main duties and responsibilities of the post, however the list is not exhaustive as the post-holder may be required to undertake other duties and projects of similar level and responsibility.

What we’re looking for:• Proven experience as an administrator in the financial services sector.• A focus on detail and communicating with both clients and providers.• Strong knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory requirements.• An understanding of how to communicate as part of a team, put your viewpoint across and listen to others.• Experience delivering outstanding client service.
