If you are a telemarketer or have previous experience in a B2B sales/customer service role, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team.

If successful, you will play a crucial role within our Sales department, generating leads, closing sales and promoting our range of protective wear products to new and existing clients.

Your typical day will look like:

  • Making outbound calls/emails to potential and existing customers to promote our products.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
  • Providing detailed information about our product offerings and answering customer queries.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Following up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Handling objections professionally and booking progress meetings.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Participating in training sessions and team meetings as required.

You will have:

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • The ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel, CRM software, and other sales tools.

You will be:

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
